Sappenheim: Good evening.
Kennedy: The Shadow Spokesman for Television, Lord Kinwoodie.
Kennedy: And a television critic, Mr Patrick Loone.
Kennedy: Gentlemen – should there be a fourth television channel or not? Ian?
Kennedy: Sir Abe?
