Apartment Inspector

I had taken the job as an apartment inspector during my time off from college at UCLA, where I had to check the condition of apartments prior to the units being sold. Usually we would just knock or ring the buzzer of the apartment and if nobody was in we had the authority of entering the apartment. If somebody answered we would tell them what we had to inspect and the majority were very good about it, although we did have some who didn’t like the idea.
