Donald Trump Wins the Presidency in the Biggest Political Upset In History!
Still can’t believe it. Was watching the NYT percentage gauge, which pointed to 0 for neither candidate, was early for Hillary I guess, didn’t see that, went to it when someone said “NYT thing says 60% Trump!” and watched it move towards 95% before 10pm. Turns out they were going county by county and knew Hillary didn’t have the votes hours and hours before the nets called it.
In fact, the nets never did call it until after she conceded, which was bullshit. What else was bullshit is that for the first time in modern history a losing candidate, decisively beaten, didn’t conceded. Both Gore and Kerry conceded and took it back, but they didn’t hide out like cowards, they faced their constituents and voters. Hillary just proved that SOME women are not yet ready. Not her, that’s for sure.
My god my god, what a bullet our country dodged. I feel really good about America. It’s going to be a winning 8 years 😀 I watched MSNBC all night because I wanted to see them cry if Trump won and I was not disappointed!
see the NYT, CNN and the WashPost eat shit:
Donald Trump Is Elected President in Stunning Repudiation of the Establishment
The ultimate triumph: President Trump
Donald Trump wins the presidency in stunning upset over Clinton
Donald Trump was elected the nation’s 45th president in the stunning culmination of a campaign that defied expectations and conventions at every turn and galvanized legions of aggrieved Americans in a loud repudiation of the status quo.
Hillary Clinton’s quest to make history as the first female president was thwarted by the Republican nominee’s breathtaking performance at the polls. He was carried to victory by voters fed up with the political system and mistrustful of Clinton, a former first lady, senator and secretary of state.
Trump, a 70-year-old celebrity businessman who had never before run for office, is poised to become the oldest president ever elected to a first term.
After running a divisive campaign, Trump sounded a magnanimous note of reconciliation as he claimed victory shortly before 3 a.m. Wednesday.
