Why anyone puts any stock in anything this stupid motherfucker says is beyond me. He got in on the bottom floor of the internet flood of intense far left discontent, gave them a place to vent, shrewdly took on all the co-bloggers he could so as to maximize effect, and is crowned as a genius and a true pundit on what is going on in politics today and the inside scoop due to his contacts with important insiders.

He’s good at organizing a blog, I’ll give him that, and enrich himself skimming off the top of a tsunami of political contributions by paying himself and his buddies a hefty slice for administering that cashflow, but a political guru he’s not.

Liveleak was hosting the Fitna video, which, if you don’t know, is a video collage of Koranic scripture juxtaposed with images of Islamofascist violence.

Unremarkably , some adherents to the Religion of Peace are taking exception and protesting vehemently in their customary civilized and rational fashion.

McCain landslide not only possible, its more likely than not

A McCain blowout would not only be a refutation and defeat for the far left and their media allies, it would be a refutation and slap in the face for right wing nutbags who are leading a thinly veiled campaign to hurt and discredit McCain, because his candidacy flies in the face of the “appease the base” common wisdom that is in their interest, because its the only way they can get their far right agenda, very unpopular among common voters, forced upon the national stage.

This is old, but Clintonistas are digging it up because you can’t say anything about any of the Clintons that has even an oblique reference to sex, and its retroactive to 8 years ago. This was dug up by Clinton supporters and supposed to tell us something EEEEVILLLL about McCain. Imagine, if you will, its 1996, and David Corn has his pretty pink panties in a bunch over an off-color joke McCain supposedly told. Well, what he’s really on the rag about is that not enough papers reprinted the exact joke.

Usually, Hollywood stars are better not seen or heard at all outside of their movies. I don’t care to hear my plumber tell me how Dubya Chimpy BusHitlerHalliburton fucked up the war, and I don’t care to hear some air-headed Hollywood starlet expound on the economy.

So, to be consistent, whether they support the war or deplore it in the most ignorant and irrational form.

Rusty Shackleford thinks its outrageous that Belarus persecutes an editor for publishing the Mohammed cartoons.

Why is it outrageous for other countries to have less freedom of speech than Americans do? We are the world’s exception, not the rule. That’s the American Exceptionalism: we are the freest, and possibly the only truly free society on earth. That’s why more people come here than any other country, dwarfing the immigration to Canada or other so-called “liberal” societies.
