Flight Attendants Are Fun

As I made my way to my seat I looked at the other passengers hoping for a friendly face. It was going to be a long flight from Dallas, Texas to London, England, and I can never get interested in the in flight movie, so I was hoping to find somebody interesting to talk to pass the time.
In no time we were airborne and I still hadn’t found a friend. The man sitting beside me was certainly no help, talking about his hardware business back in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Celia, our flight attendant in first class, noticed my plight and spoke to the man mentioning that there was an empty window seat if he would like to change. Oh course he jumped at it, although I don’t know why, all he could see on a transatlantic flight is clouds.
She could see the relief in my eyes even before I could thank her, and seeing that nobody was calling her she decided to sit down for a few minutes, and make small talk.
I told her how I had used to be a flight attendant but got fired, and how I was now a model. Of course she wanted to know who I flew with and why I had been fired.
