While I still think McCain (my 2nd prediction if Rudy did not get it, from more than a year ago) I have got to say, before all the votes are counted from Tuesday, that something in the wind has changed on the Dem side.

Its time to get on board with someone, or get out of the way. I originally leaned Guiliani, waiting to hear more. Well, Rudy is gone. I’ve checked out McCain, and the main reasons for anger against him leave me unmoved.

This year everyone seems to be judging the candidates on the Republican side by “how serious they are about immigration”, which of course is code for “which one is going to keep the fucking dirty Mexicans on the South side of the border, unless we need them seasonally for picking oranges and strawberries and such”.

The Michigan primary is only notable for one thing: if Romney wins, by however slim a margin, he will use this bit of trivia to justify staying in the race. Its his home state, his father was a popular governor there, he should win it in a walk. His team is now down-playing expectations because it’s far from certain he will win at all, and if he does it will probably be close.

Everyone is shocked, shocked, that Obambi is suddenly killing Hillary! in an unstoppable free-fall.

Its not surprising and I’m here to tell you why: everyone in the country, including Bill, hates Hillary!’s fucking guts. And yet she will still get the nomination, although if the Republicans nominate a decent candidate, she will lose the general. And here’s why:

People, right and left, despise Hillary. They hate her hactoring, shrill voice. They hate her lecturing. They hate her phoniness. They hate how she lied constantly for Bill so she could get this gig running for Prez, they hate that she thinks its her turn. They hate her politics, the right hates her liberalism and the left hates her “trianglism”. Everyone hates her face, how she walks, how she smiles. She’s a know-it-all who always thinks she’s the smartest person in the room, and has to let you know it.
